We ordered a new toilet seat and, although the first one was faulty, I spoke to Idris who promptly dealt with the problem and we received a replacement within two days. It is unusual these days to receive such efficient service and I was very impressed with Idris and his customer service.

I'd been putting off replacing hinges because of the cost and anticipated problems fitting. Then I saw the whole seat and hinges for an excellent price at Trading Depot.
Ordered and arrived within two days. Fitted next day and it only took me 15 minutes.
The whole experience was excellent.

Terrible service. Apparently DPD misplaced my order which I paid £25 to deliver. No offer of compensation.

the item was delivered by DHL but the bag was torn and the item was missing. After contacting Trading Depot they immediately dispatched a replacement. Excellent service.

Delivery Service Excellent. Order was initially scheduled much quicker than we anticipated and as we were going to be away on holiday a request for a delay was submitted. The parcel arrived a day after our notified return and the after sales service from both Kyle and Charlene was efficient, polite, and professional. Delivery Tracking system was also very good.
